The Ümraniye Shopping Mall & Hotel project, to be developed by Mutlu İnşaat, will rise on a total land area of 18,813 square meters.
Located in İnkılap Mahallesi, Alemdağ Street, one of the passage points of the Üsküdar - Ümraniye metro line on the Anatolian side, the Ümraniye Shopping Mall & Hotel will have a 200-meter street frontage. The total area of the project will be 18,813 square meters, with a construction area of 105,000 square meters, a shopping mall area of 40,000 square meters, and a hotel area of 4,500 square meters.
The Ümraniye Shopping Mall & Hotel will include a 75-room hotel and 105 rentable shops.
In the Ümraniye Shopping Mall & Hotel project, which will be operational in 2013, there will also be a 60,000 square meter indoor parking area and a space designed as a shelter.
